Anyone who does not accept these Terms and Conditions of sale should refrain from using the UPLIFT system. UPLIFT reserves the right to change this policy at any time, without the need for prior notice. In the event of amendments to the Terms and Conditions, by the mere fact of using our website, the user accepts the changes and declares to know them since UPLIFT has proceeded to publish them on our website. The user accepts that UPLIFT is not the organizer, producer, or promoter of the events whose tickets it sells. Understand that UPLIFT is limited to selling tickets and other aggregates (Snacks, drinks, merchandise) through its system by demand of the producers and promoters (these will be referred to as 'producers').
UPLIFT doesn't interfere nor is responsible in any way for the content or any aspect related to the event other than the sale of tickets, snacks, drinks or merchandise and will not respond to users for breaches related to the event, including but not limited to the realization in time and form of the event.
The user accepts that UPLIFT is not responsible for compliance with current regulations and the safety conditions that the local authority requires. Likewise, the user accepts that this is the exclusive responsibility of the event producers.
In case the user suffered any type of damage or injury during their stay and attendance at the event, TICKEMTUNDO is not responsible for any the consequences or expenses incurred by the users in relation to the event and their attendance to it.
The ticket holder expressly accepts that before entering the event venue, they may go through a security filter by authorized personnel to prevent their access to the venue with alcoholic beverages, drugs, weapons, cameras of any type or any other unauthorized item, according to the criteria of the producers since the user, when buying the ticket, is obliged to comply with the rules and demands of the venue where the event takes place.
In case it is demonstrated that any user carried any of the prohibited objects indicated above, the event producers may deny entry or evict from the venue anyone who incurs these failures without this implying any type of right to the ticket user to refund or any indemnification, and in no case will generate responsibility for UPLIFT.
UPLIFT is not responsible for tickets not bought through UPLIFT sales’ channels.
Tickets will only be valid for the specified event, date, and location. They will not grant access to any other event.
UPLIFT will indicate through its portal the maximum number of tickets that users can purchase for a specific event and other restrictions that may apply as approved by the event producer.
Tickets are not subject to changes, refunds, or cancellations, except for the legal right of withdrawal in case of sales through UPLIFT.COM and the right to refund or exchange derived from the cancellation or postponement of the event.
Tickets are bearer and are valid only for the event and date indicated on the ticket.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for another event or date except for the exchange that proceeds by the decision of the producers to postpone the event.
For the acquisition of tickets marketed through the UPLIFT system, users must pay a final price, which will be composed of the following concepts:
Ticket Price: Corresponds to the price of the ticket, defined by the event producers.
Service Charge: The amount that users will have to pay when purchasing their tickets remotely through the following sales channels: Authorized Sales Points, Telephone Sales, and Online Sales through UPLIFT.com. The Service Charge may vary depending on the ticket price. The amount of the Service Charge will be informed to the user at the time of ticket sale and will be charged to the final price. UPLIFT makes these charges to allow the acquisition of tickets to its users.
Shipping Cost: For each ticket sold under the "home delivery" delivery modality, UPLIFT will charge an additional dispatch charge, which will be included within the final ticket price. The values could change according to the shipping alternative indicated in the purchase process before confirming the payment. The user can always review the complete list of cities and their dispatch costs.
Users could pay for the tickets purchased through UPLIFT.COM with debit cards or credit cards from the banking, financial, or commercial houses system that UPLIFT authorizes. In addition, the user could pay in cash for the tickets bought at Ticket Offices and Authorized Sales Points.
The credit cards authorized by UPLIFT to make purchases will be the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other possible ones.
In case of the decision of the producers the event does not take place on the date and time previously announced to the public, the users may request a refund of the final ticket price. It doesn't include Service Charges and Dispatch Costs.
In the case of the postponement of the event to a new date and time, the purchaser may choose to return the ticket and request a refund of the final price that user would have paid for it, adjusting to the deadlines informed and published on UPLIFT.com, or exchange its ticket at any Authorized Sales Point for a new ticket of equal value, or of higher value by paying the difference, to enter the same event on the new date.
UPLIFT is not released in case the same location or seat chosen by the user for the first date is not available for a new date. It is responsibility of the producers to pay any compensation that may correspond in this regard.
However, the ticket purchase for the postponed event may only request the exchange until the day before the new date of the event. After that deadline, users will lose all rights to change.
UPLIFT will inform through customer service channels or social networks of the cancellation or postponement of an event when that is the case, indicating the deadlines to request a refund or exchange of tickets.
In case of cancellation or postponement of an event, the refund of tickets sold through the UPLIFT system will be made according to the following rules:
UPLIFT will refund users the price they paid for the ticket (without the Service Charge) against the funds collected on behalf of the producers until their exhaustion is the responsibility of the producers to assume the refunds that exceed these amounts. This does not include the Service Charge.
The refund must be requested within thirty days following its initial availability. After this period, UPLIFT will not be obliged to process refunds, which must be requested directly from the event producers.
UPLIFT strives to ensure that the information contained in UPLIFT.com is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. However, it cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of all the information offered.
The information contained in UPLIFT.com is purely informative about products and services available to the general public, without implying any guarantee of marketing or representing any restriction for UPLIFT.
In cases of inaccuracies or errors, UPLIFT reserves the right to correct or make any changes without prior notice.
If you have purchased through this platform, you have the right to retract from the contract by sending an email to support@UPLIFT.com . The decision to accept or reject the return is solely at the discretion of the show's producer. Please note that UPLIFT is not involved in this determination.
To request a ticket refund, customers must send an email to support@UPLIFT.com at least 48 hours before the event. If the request is made after this deadline UPLIFT cannot guarantee a refund, and customers must contact the event producers directly. UPLIFT will forward the refund request to the producer, who will then communicate their decision to the customer. If the producer approves the refund, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
The refund will be limited to the value of the ticket and does not contemplate the return of service charges. The refund method will depend on the sales channel and the payment method used by the user to purchase their ticket.
If a customer wants to exchange their event ticket for another one with an equal or higher price, they must get in touch with our Customer Service team or send an email to support@UPLIFT.com at least 72 hours before the event. We will process the exchange within two business days if the desired show has available tickets. The customer will be responsible for paying any price difference that may arise, including differences in service charge values.
